As part of my recovery process I have come to terms with the fact (finally) that I have two diseases and both of them of course want me to fail.
Disease One: This Disease has been with probably since I was 12 and that is the disease of addiction. We know how it works and why.
Disease Two: This Disease is Fibromyalgia which has been with me since 2001 and has added fuel to the fire keeping me convinced that narcotic pain medication was my only salvation. When I got clean the first time I was very diligent about trying new methods to keep my pain level under a manageable level without resorting to using vicodine. Obviously I lost that battle and gave in to the pain. This made Disease One very happy.
I am thoroughly convinced that Disease Two is working with Disease One in trying hard to make me fail. It is up to me to stay focused and strong and not let them succeed. This does not mean that I will not have days of extreme pain or days that are hard to get through but I have to trust now in my beliefs that there is a different way to deal with it and come out on top. Pain is not going to be my keeper any more. My Diseases will NEVER go away and I will never be CURED but I can stay on the path of recovery and tell those Diseases to just go to hell!

Take one day at a time, just remember you are not alone and you have many people that love and care about you. Think of that little Jojo.
I am glad you liked the Twilight movie, if you get a chance you should read the books. The books go into way more detail and you can't put them down.
Take care
